1. Information about the collection of personal data.

1.1. In the following we inform you about the collection and processing of personal data when using our website (www.syborg.de) as well as about the purposes for which we do so. We process your personal data only insofar as you have given us your consent or legal provisions permit us to do so. Personal data is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, such as Name, address, e-mail address.

OHG Saarpfalz-Park 15 66450 Bexbach Germany marketing@syborg.de are "controllers" for the processing of personal data within the meaning of Art. 4 No. 7 EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU DSGVO). 1.3. When you contact us by e-mail, the information you provide (your e-mail address, your name and telephone number if applicable) will be stored by us to answer your questions. We delete the data that arises in this context after the storage is no longer required, or limit the processing if there are statutory retention requirements.

1.4. If we rely on contracted service providers for individual functions of our offering or if you wish to use your data for advertising purposes, we inform you in detail below about the respective transactions.

2. Collection of personal data when visiting our websites

2.1. In the merely informative use of our website, means if you do not provide us with any information, we will only collect data that your browser automatically transmits to our server. If you wish to view our website, we collect the following data that is technically necessary for us to correctly display the contents of our website and to ensure its stability and security (legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 S. 1 lit. f DSGVO): - IP address - Date and time of the request - Time zone difference to Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) - Content of the requirement (concrete page) - Access Status / HTTP status code - Each transmitted amount of data - Website from which the request comes - Browser - Operating system and its interface - Language and version of the browser software.

2.2. In addition, we have a legitimate interest in contacting you to inform you about our products and services, thereby optimizing our service offering. Furthermore, we have a legitimate interest in sending you advertising (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) S. 1 lit. f DSGVO), unless you object to the receipt of such (advertising) information. How to exercise your right to object in this case is explained in section 3.1.

2.3. We also collect and process personal data for the purpose of processing job application procedures (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). The processing can also be carried out electronically if you send us application documents via e-mail. In the event that we conclude a contract of employment with you after completing the application process, we store the transmitted data for the purpose of carrying out the employment relationship in compliance with the statutory provisions. If no contract of employment is concluded, we will automatically delete the application documents two months after notification of the rejection decision, provided that deletion does not conflict with any other legitimate interests. Another legitimate interest is, for example, a burden of proof in proceedings under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG)

3. Your rights

3.1. You have the following rights with respect to the personal data concerning you: - Right to information (Article 15 DSGVO) - Right to rectification or cancellation (Articles 16, 17 DSGVO) - Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 DSGVO) - Right to data portability (Art. 20 DSGVO) - Widerspruchsrecht (Art. 21 DSGVO) You have the right at any time, for reasons arising out of your particular situation, to object the processing of personal data relating to you on the basis of Article 6 (1) lit. e) or f) DSGVO. If you object, we will no longer process your personal information unless we can establish compelling legitimate reasons for the processing that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing is for the purposes of asserting, exercising or defending legal claims. Furthermore, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for the purpose of direct advertising, Art. 21 (2) DSGVO. If you object to the processing for direct marketing purposes, we will no longer process your personal data for these purposes.
